Exhibitor and Sponsor Opportunities

Exhibitor Booth $350
The event includes an exhibit hall, and all exhibitors have a 6’ table and two chairs. The booths are approximately 8’ wide and 7’ deep.
Businesses exhibiting at the conference are subject to all applicable state laws regarding sales and use tax. It is strictly your responsibility to determine your tax status.
To apply for a booth, you must fill out an application and be accepted by AIMS as an exhibitor.
Solely at their discretion, the Association of Illinois Montessori Schools reserves the right to determine what vendors may exhibit.
AIMS reserves the right to approve any vendor wishing to exhibit. You will be notified within two weeks of receipt of your application if you have been accepted.
Cancellations must be received via email by January 20, 2026. A refund of 50% will be made up to that date. No refunds will be made after that date.
